Delivery Information

Delivery is available within Örebro County upon request.

• Up to 4 km: 120 SEK
• Over 4 km: 120 SEK + 16 SEK per additional kilometer

All distances are calculated from Lindesberg.

We recommend delivery for larger or delicate cakes to ensure safe transport and quality upon arrival.

Delivery & Pickup Policy

We offer both pickup and delivery options.

Pickup Responsibility

When an order is picked up by the customer or a third party, full responsibility for the product transfers to the customer at the time of pickup.

GoCakes is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the cake has been collected, including damage caused by transportation, handling, storage, or environmental conditions.

We provide transport instructions at pickup to help ensure safe handling.

Delivery Responsibility

When delivery is arranged by GoCakes, responsibility remains with us until the product is handed over to the customer at the agreed delivery location.

Storage & Care

Cakes are perishable products and should be stored according to provided instructions. GoCakes is not responsible for quality issues caused by improper storage conditions after pickup or delivery.
